Safeguarding Mission

Victoria works with organisations facing complex safeguarding, ethical risk, and leadership challenges. Drawing on over 20 years’ experience in the international sector, she supports organisations to manage risk, meet safeguarding obligations, and respond effectively to sexual misconduct, gender inequality, and harm. Her approach is practical, steady, and grounded in real-world operational experience.

Expertise

Victoria is an international SEAH specialist and a senior safeguarding and ethical risk consultant with deep expertise in child safeguarding, prevention and response to sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment (SEAH), governance, and organisational systems. She has advised executive leaders and governing bodies across the United Nations system, international NGOs, government, in complex and high-risk environments.

She has lived and worked overseas in a wide range of contexts and brings first-hand experience across humanitarian response, development, health, government, and emergency settings throughout the Pacific, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia. Victoria is known for translating complex donor, regulatory, and policy requirements into practical, workable systems that function in demanding operational environments.

Victoria also provides executive leadership supervision and coaching, supporting senior leaders to navigate high-risk decisions, manage sensitive incidents, and lead with clarity under pressure. Her work is reflective, trauma-informed, and focused on strengthening leadership capability and organisational integrity.

Victoria partners with clients to deliver tailored, fit-for-purpose solutions that prioritise survivor-centred responses and demonstrable accountability. Her focus is on outcomes: safer environments, stronger leadership, and organisations that can show how safeguarding works in practice.
