Expertise
With over two decades of experience in education, Adam has held roles across classroom teaching, school leadership, and system-level positions. As a primary school principal and leader, he has implemented structures to enhance coherence and established rigorous systems to support the wellbeing of both staff and children and young people.

His work in these roles focused on strong stakeholder engagement (children, young people, families and community), and the effective operation of governance structures. Adam’s expertise in professional learning and instructional development has been instrumental in improving learning outcomes across a range of diverse settings. Highly regarded for his ability to provide coaching, leadership development, and mentoring, he has influenced strategy and practice at both local and systemic levels.

A strong advocate for inclusion, international teaching roles have broadened his perspectives on curriculum delivery and leadership, reinforcing his ability to work within diverse contexts and implementing practices that support positive outcomes for all children and young people.
