Target audience: Primary and secondary aged children and young people
How can we empower children and young people to help build safe organisations?

Do children and young people in your organisation feel heard, valued, and empowered to speak up? Ensuring children and young people know their rights, can recognise safe and unsafe behaviours, have accessible pathways to disclose concerns or make complaints, and actively participate in shaping policies and practices is essential to fostering a genuinely child focused culture.

What will we learn?

This interactive workshop is designed for primary and secondary aged children and young people. Through engaging discussions, activities and case studies we will equip them with the knowledge, tools and confidence to understand their rights, explore safe and unsafe behaviours, and remind participants of pathways to provide feedback and raise concerns.
